These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of holidayhome.world (the “Site”), operated by Next Age Tech LLC, a company registered in Israel (“Next Age Tech LLC”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

HolidayHome is a marketing and lead-generation platform. Next Age Tech LLC does not develop, own, or act as the legal seller of any property featured on the Site. For each project marketed on holidayhome.world, the actual property owner, developer, and counterparty to any purchase contract is a separate, independent local entity (a “Project Entity”), disclosed on that project’s page.

The Project Entity for each listing is named on that listing’s own page or dedicated site. Next Age Tech LLC is not a party to, and assumes no liability under, any purchase agreement between a buyer and a Project Entity.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell property, and no contract is formed through use of this Site or submission of an enquiry form. Property descriptions, images, pricing, availability, floor plans, completion timelines and investment or residency eligibility information are provided for general marketing purposes only, are subject to change without notice, and should be independently verified. A binding offer, if any, is made solely by the relevant Project Entity through a formal reservation agreement and purchase contract governed by the laws of the property’s jurisdiction.

Content on this Site, including material relating to Golden Visa or residency-by- investment programs, rental income modeling, and financing structures, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Residency and investment program rules vary by country, region and property type, and are subject to change by the relevant government at any time. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any property purchase or relying on any eligibility, income or return estimate referenced on this Site.

The Site may link to project-specific microsites (such as sr.holidayhome.world) or third-party websites operated by developer partners or service providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement of all content found there.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiry information;
• Scrape, copy or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without permission;
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law.

All text, graphics, photography, and design on this Site, excluding third-party or Project Entity materials used under licence, are owned by or licensed to Next Age Tech LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Age Tech LLC disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, and for any dispute, loss or claim arising from a transaction between you and a Project Entity, which is governed exclusively by the agreement between you and that Project Entity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Next Age Tech LLC harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute relating to your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel. This does not affect the separate governing law and jurisdiction applicable to any purchase agreement you enter into with a Project Entity, which is determined by that property’s local jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
