Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Next Age Tech LLC, a company registered in Israel, is the legal entity behind the HolidayHome brand and operates HolidayHome.world as a marketing and lead-generation platform for real estate projects abroad. This Privacy Policy explains how Next Age Tech LLC (“HolidayHome”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit holidayhome.world or otherwise interact with us, including when you submit an enquiry about a real estate project.

Next Age Tech LLC acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@holidayhome.world.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, and any message content when you submit an enquiry, contact form, or subscribe to updates.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 7.
  • Information from third parties — where you interact with us via a linked project microsite (such as sr.holidayhome.world) or a developer partner’s enquiry form, relevant enquiry details may be shared with us to route your request appropriately.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and connect you with the relevant project’s developer or local selling entity;
  • To operate, maintain and improve the website and our marketing effectiveness;
  • To send project updates or Journal content you have opted in to receive;
  • To comply with legal obligations, including anti-fraud and record-keeping requirements; and
  • To detect, investigate and prevent security incidents or misuse of the site.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of steps requested by you prior to entering into a relationship with a developer partner (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, including responding to enquiries and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f)); your consent, where required, for example for marketing communications or non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)); and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. How we share information

HolidayHome markets real estate listings on behalf of independent local developers. When you submit an enquiry about a specific listing, we share the relevant contact and enquiry details with that listing’s developer or legal selling entity — named on that listing’s own page or dedicated site — solely to allow them to respond to your enquiry.

We also share limited data with service providers who support our operations (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management), each bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Cross-border data transfers

Next Age Tech LLC is based in Israel, which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection for transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred to service providers located outside Israel or the EEA — including in the United States — we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or the recipient’s participation in a recognized data protection framework, to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate core site functionality, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site usage through analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any cookie preference tool presented on the site. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining a record of enquiries for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business record-keeping needs.

9. Your privacy rights

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@holidayhome.world. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

10. Children's privacy

HolidayHome.world is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
