HolidayHome exists because buying property in another country is usually harder than it should be — not because good developments don’t exist, but because finding them, verifying them, and understanding the legal and financial mechanics from abroad is genuinely difficult.
HolidayHome.world is a marketing and enquiry-handling platform. We do not develop or legally sell property ourselves. For every listing we market, the actual property owner, developer, and counterparty on the purchase contract is a separate, named local entity, disclosed on that listing’s own page or dedicated site.
What HolidayHome provides is the layer in between: qualification of local partners before we’ll represent them, plain-language guidance through an unfamiliar purchase process, and continued support after the sale — through legal coordination, rental management, and ongoing communication as a project is built.

Next Age Tech LLC, a company registered in Israel, is the legal entity behind the HolidayHome brand and operates HolidayHome.world as a marketing and lead-generation platform for real estate projects abroad. HolidayHome is the marketing and lead-generation channel connecting international buyers with local partners abroad — the binding offer, purchase contract, and transaction terms for any property always come from that listing’s local selling entity, never from Next Age Tech LLC.

Track record review
We examine a partner’s completed developments, delivery timelines, and financial standing before any conversation about marketing their next one.
Legal structure check
We confirm land title, permitting status, and the legal entity that will hold the purchase contract with the buyer.
Site verification
Our team reviews the site and delivery plan directly, rather than relying on renderings and a sales deck.
Ongoing monitoring
Once a listing is published, we track construction progress and flag any material change to buyers already under contract.
